Legal Conditions of the Obōro Kyoto Design Competition - Fall-Winter 2023

By participating in the design contest for the Obōro Kyoto Fall-Winter 2023 flagship T-shirt, you agree to the following terms:

1. Design Ownership:
By submitting your design to Obōro Kyoto for this contest, you acknowledge and agree that the design you created becomes the exclusive property of Obōro Kyoto. You waive all rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights, in the design upon submitting it for this contest.

2. Use of Design:
By entering this contest, you grant Obōro Kyoto a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and publicly display your design for any promotional, advertising, or commercial purpose, without any additional compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, use of the design on products, marketing, social media, website, print advertising, and any other promotional materials.

3. Eligibility:
This contest is open to all participants aged 18 and over, with no geographical restrictions. Employees of Obōro Kyoto, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this contest.

4. Modifications to the Conditions:
Obōro Kyoto reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this competition at any time and without notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

5. Final Decision:
The decisions of Obōro Kyoto regarding all aspects of the Contest, including, but not limited to, the eligibility of entrants and compliance with these rules, are final and binding.
